Big Blue PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridges
The purpose of pp melt blown filter cartridges is to prevent sediment from fouling equipment downstream. Sediment is adsorbed in the filter cartridge’s outer layer, ensuring that clean water can easily flow through the filter cartridge.
Our melt blown filter cartridges are made of pure virgin polypropylene, gradient diameter process is used in the production of the pp melt blown filter cartridges, fibres are formed in a 3D micro-porous structure during thermal bonding phase causing the outer layer to be bonded loosely and the inner layer tightly.

PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridges have a great sediment capturing capacity, giving them excellent filtration properties.  Our pp melt blown filter cartridges are ISO Standard and fit most types of filter housings, they have good sealing capabilities and are designed not to restrict pressure or flow.
