- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Suppliers or manufacturers
- Courier companies
- Customs or import processes
👉 Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund once an order has been processed.
📦 Unwanted Products (Change of Mind)
You may return an unused product within 30 days, provided:
- Product is unused and undamaged
- Original packaging is intact
- All accessories and components are included
⚠️ After 5 days, only defective products qualify.
❌ Non-returnable items (if opened/used):
- Installed pumps or filtration systems
- Water tanks that have been installed or filled
- Cut pipes, fittings, or customised items
- Any product altered after delivery

- We assist but are not liable for manufacturer decisions
📦 Large Items (Tanks)
- May incur collection/restocking fees
- Non-returnable once installed/used
- Special delivery conditions apply
